General Questions

What is Bestever?

Bestever is an all-in-one AI platform designed for advertisers and marketers. It combines powerful ad performance analysis with advanced creative generation. You can connect your ad accounts, analyze your own and your competitors' strategies, and generate a wide variety of on-brand, high-performing ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) in minutes.

Who is Bestever for?

Bestever is ideal for:

- E-commerce Brands: To analyze performance and quickly generate fresh ad creatives.

- Marketing Agencies: To manage multiple client ad accounts, conduct competitive research, and scale creative production efficiently.

How is Bestever different from just using Meta Ads Manager and a separate AI tool like ChatGPT?

Bestever integrates these functions into a single, seamless workflow.

- Direct Data Connection: Unlike general AI tools, Bestever connects directly to your ad account data, so its analysis is based on your actual performance metrics.

- Context-Aware AI: Our "Ask Data Analyst" and "Ask Creative Analyst" are specifically trained for marketing. They understand concepts like CTR, ROAS, and campaign objectives.

- End-to-End Workflow: You can go from analyzing a competitor's winning ad to generating a version for your own brand, editing it, and having it ready to launch, all within one platform.

Setup & Connections
How do I connect an Ad Account?

In the left-side panel, navigate to Preferences > Settings. Under the "Ad Platforms" section, click on Connections. Here, you can select the platform you want to connect and click Connect to securely manage your ad accounts.

Which ad platforms can I connect to Bestever?

Currently, you can securely connect your Meta and LinkedIn ad accounts. We are continuously working on adding more platform integrations.

Is it safe to connect my ad account?

Yes, security is our top priority. We use official, industry-standard API connections (OAuth) to access your ad account data. This means we never see or store your password, and you can revoke access at any time. Our access is read-only for analysis, meaning we cannot make changes to your campaigns without your direct action within a specific tool.

How do I create a brand?

Navigate to Create > Brands in the left-side panel and click New Brand. For the fastest setup, provide your website URL, and we will automatically fetch key information like your brand description, colors, and logos. Alternatively, you can fill in the brand's name and description manually. Remember to save your brand before navigating away. You can always come back to edit and update your Brand Kit.

What is the branding information used for?

Your brand information is the foundation for all content generation in Bestever. When you generate new ads or adapt creatives from our inspiration library, our AI refers to your Brand Kit to ensure the messaging, style, and assets are perfectly on-brand.

What are brand Personas and how are they used?

Personas are Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) that your brand is primarily focused on. When you create a brand from a URL, we automatically suggest some Personas we think you might want to target. You can edit, delete, or add your own by navigating to your Brand's page and clicking Manage Personas. You can then select these personas in the Composer to ensure the messaging and style of your generated creatives appeal directly to your desired audience.

Can I manage multiple brands or ad accounts?

Absolutely. Bestever is designed for managing multiple brands and ad accounts, making it perfect for agencies or businesses with diverse portfolios. You can easily switch between different connected accounts from the main dashboard.

Do you support Instagram platform?

For content generation, both square and portrait aspect ratios are supported and work great for Instagram.
If you’re looking for ad insights, simply connect your Meta ad account — this includes the campaigns you run on Instagram. Once connected, you’ll be able to analyze your Instagram ads within Bestever.

How do I invite team members to collaborate?

At the moment, you can collaborate by sharing generated reports with your team — they’re accessible via a public link. If you mean adding multiple user seats to your account, that feature isn’t available yet, but it’s in the works and will be coming soon.

Do you offer support for white labeling? And which tier would that be?

White labeling is offered as a custom solution. We’d be happy to learn more about your needs and explore it further together. You can grab a time to chat with us here

Which ad platforms do you support? Are more coming?

Right now, Bestever integrates with Meta and LinkedIn. X (Twitter), Google, and Microsoft Ads are on our roadmap, but we don’t have a confirmed timeline for release yet.

Analysis & Reporting
How does the Competitive Analysis feature work? Where do you get the data?

Our system accesses publicly available information from the Meta Ad Library. When you search for a competitor, we pull their active and historical ads and use our AI to analyze their messaging, creative types (image vs. video), targeting indicators, and promotional strategies. We then compile this into an easy-to-read, shareable executive summary.

 What's the difference between "Ask Data Analyst" and "Ask Creative Analyst"?

- Ask Data Analyst acts like your personal media buyer. It answers questions about performance metrics. For example, "Which audience demographic had the highest conversion value in the last 30 days?" or "Where should I allocate more budget?"

- Ask Creative Analyst acts like your creative strategist. It “looks” into every creative, breaking down videos scene by scene and answers questions about the content of your ads. For example, "What is the winning messaging for engagement?" or "Do ads featuring faces perform better than those without?"

Can I create and save reports from the AI's answers?

Yes. For any answer generated by our AI analysts, you have the option to "Create Report." This generates a detailed document summarizing the findings and referencing the ads that were analyzed, which you can save and share with your team and clients.

Can I search the Meta Ads Library by keyword in Bestever?

Currently, Bestever allows competitor research by searching specific competitor names, not keywords. This means you’ll need to know the brand or advertiser you want to analyze before running a search. The platform is designed to give you deeper analysis once competitors are identified, rather than broad keyword-based discovery.

How does the Competitive Analysis feature work? 

With Competitive Analysis, you can look up competitors by searching for their brand name as it appears on Facebook. Once selected from the dropdown, you’ll be able to see their active and past ads, analyze strategies, and gather insights. This helps you understand what competitors are running in the Meta Ads Library without having to search manually.

Creative Generation & Editing
How do I generate a set of image creatives for my brand?

On the homepage, click Make > Brand Ads to open the Composer. Fill in the information about your concept, select the target persona, add any style references or featuring assets, and choose your desired aspect ratio. Once everything looks good, select the AI model you want to use and hit Go. You will get a set of 4 creative variants.

How can I access the content I’ve generated?

All assets you create on Bestever are available under the Create > Generations tab. They are organized into folders for Image and Video creatives for easier navigation. Generations are dated, so you can easily find and continue working on a specific batch.

Can I edit the AI-generated image creatives?

Yes, you can edit creatives both manually and with AI prompts

- To edit manually: Hover over a creative and click Preview, then click Edit in Canvas. This opens our editor where you can adjust text, fonts, colors, and move elements around before saving or exporting.

- To edit with a prompt: Hover over the creative and click Remix. Describe the change you want to make, select the AI model, and click Regenerate. The AI will provide 4 new versions based on your new direction.

The generated creatives did not meet my expectations. Can I regenerate them?

Yes. Simply hover over one of the creatives and click Remix. In the pop-up, provide a new direction for the creative, change the generative model if you like, and hit Regenerate. The model will try again and give you 4 new versions of the creative based on your feedback

What types of ad creatives can I generate with Bestever?

You can generate a wide range of assets, including:

- Static Image Ads
- Video Ads (including animated static images)
- LinkedIn Image Posts (with generated copy)
- LinkedIn Text Posts
- Bulk Ads for DPA/e-commerce catalogs

How does the "Create from Inspiration" feature work?

Our extensive Inspiration Library contains thousands of successful ads. You can search by keyword (e.g., "skincare," "fashion," "SaaS") to find an ad you like. With one click, you can use that ad's structure and style as a starting point, and our Composer will adapt it to your own brand's assets and messaging.

Can Bestever create a video ad using my static product images?

Yes, this is one of our most powerful features. Simply provide a prompt (e.g., "Animate my product images to create an engaging video"), select the product images from your brand kit, and our AI will generate a dynamic video ad, complete with motion, transitions, and text overlays.

What if I don't have a specific idea for a video?

No problem. In the Video Ad Composer, you can choose "Generate from AI." Our system will propose several creative concepts (e.g., a UGC-style review, a cinematic product showcase, an unboxing video) based on your brand and target audience. You can simply pick one to get started.

Does Bestever generate ad copy or just creatives?

It depends on the creative type. For example, LinkedIn posts include both ad copy and creative. In most other cases, Bestever focuses on generating the creative.

 Does Bestever only generate images and videos?

In addition to images and videos, Bestever also supports ad text generation for LinkedIn ads. This allows you to create complete ad creatives with both visuals and copy.

Does Bestever only work for e-commerce ads, or also for professional services?

Bestever works across markets — not just consumer e-commerce. You can create and analyze ads for professional services, healthcare, and other industries as well. The system adapts to your inputs and data to generate and optimize creatives for your specific market. In fact, for service providers, video generation is often even easier for the models, since they don’t need to place physical products into the scenes.

What type of ads does Bestever support? Is it only for e-commerce or also for services?

Bestever supports both product and service ads. While many users create e-commerce ads, you can just as easily generate ads for services, local businesses, or personal brands. The system adapts to the brief you provide.

Can I generate videos without using competitor analysis?

Of course! You can simply select Video Ads on the homepage and start your brief by typing in a prompt. Researching competitors or using your own historical ad data is optional — it’s not required for generating video clips.

Can I use Bestever for social media posts, not just ads?

Yes! While our outputs are optimized for ad content, you’re not limited to ads. Bestever supports all major aspect ratios — square, portrait, and landscape — so you can use your generated images and videos across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.

What languages do you support in your ads? 

Our platform is primarily optimized for English, which ensures the best results. However, if you provide your brief in another language and specify the output language, the system will do its best to adapt. Keep in mind that performance depends on the generative model, and some languages may be more limited than others.

Can I launch ads directly from Bestever?

Right now, Bestever only has read access to your ad account. That means you can analyze ads and create content here, but you’ll still need to set up and launch campaigns directly on the ad platform. This way, you stay in full control — nothing gets published automatically, and you decide exactly which generated content to use in your ads.

Video & Audio Features
What models does Bestever use for video generation? Will you add others in the future?

We currently use Veo-3 along with other leading generative video models. Bestever is model-agnostic, which means we’re not tied to a single provider — we’ll continue to integrate with new state-of-the-art models as they become available, so you always have access to the best video generation technology.

Can I edit the voices used in each scene or adjust tone/speed?

Right now, Bestever automatically assigns voices and we’re actively working on improving consistency so the same voice carries across all scenes. Controls for tone, excitement, and speed aren’t available yet — voices are generated in a neutral style by default. That said, we’ve noted your request and will work toward adding more fine-grained voice controls in the future.

Can I generate voiceovers with different accents, like Australian?

Yes! We have a collection of English voices with different accents, including Australian, and we are continuously expanding our voice library to accommodate more regions. The system will suggest voices that fit your brand, and you can also browse the library to select the accent and style that works best for your needs.

My generated video include gibberish text, what do I do?

Sometimes generative AI may add gibberish text into scenes, that’s simply still a limitation of generative AI models. To avoid this, we recommend instructing the AI in your prompt not to include text. Once you have a clean scene, you can then add your own text manually in our video editor.

Technology & Models
 Why do my generated images sometimes include text baked in?

By default, some models may include text within the images. You can experiment with prompts to exclude text for cleaner visuals, and refine the creatives further in Canvas. We’re constantly working on adding more flexibility to edit text directly in AI-generated creatives.

What models are behind the image and video generation? Have they been trained?

We use the latest state-of-the-art generative models for both images and videos. For image generation, you can even choose between different models depending on your needs (e.g. higher-fidelity vs. more experimental). All of these models are, of course, trained on large-scale datasets — that’s what enables them to generate high-quality visuals and adapt to your inputs.
